At 1440 you fix your position 062°T, 3.7 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 306°T at 5.9 kn until 1450, then 190°T at 4.6 kn until 1515.

Give the 1515 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
