Two legs from a 1405 fix: where is the 1500 DR?

At 1405 you fix your position 027°T, 1.9 nm from Mill stack. You steer 026°T at 4.3 kn until 1445, then 307°T at 9.4 kn until 1500.

Give the 1500 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
