Two legs from a 1555 fix: where is the 1650 DR?

At 1555 you fix your position 001°T, 1.8 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 008°T at 8.8 kn until 1620, then 141°T at 5.0 kn until 1650.

Give the 1650 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
