At 1220 you fix your position 094°T, 2.2 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 023°T at 9.0 kn until 1235, then 182°T at 4.0 kn until 1320.

Give the 1320 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
