Two legs from a 0940 fix: where is the 1035 DR?

At 0940 you fix your position 043°T, 0.9 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 039°T at 4.9 kn until 1015, then 170°T at 5.0 kn until 1035.

Give the 1035 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
