At 1500 you fix your position 070°T, 4.6 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 248°T at 7.7 kn until 1520, then 052°T at 9.5 kn until 1535.

Give the 1535 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
