Two legs from a 1340 fix: where is the 1440 DR?

At 1340 you fix your position 040°T, 4.0 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 118°T at 4.6 kn until 1420, then 037°T at 7.5 kn until 1440.

Give the 1440 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
