At 0755 you fix your position 058°T, 3.2 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 008°T at 5.3 kn until 0835, then 202°T at 7.0 kn until 0900.

Give the 0900 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
