Two legs from a 1540 fix: where is the 1630 DR?

At 1540 you fix your position 022°T, 1.5 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 070°T at 7.5 kn until 1550, then 279°T at 7.1 kn until 1630.

Give the 1630 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
