At 1330 you fix your position 064°T, 2.6 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 191°T at 4.5 kn until 1340, then 037°T at 8.5 kn until 1350.

Give the 1350 DR position as the true bearing FROM Gannet Rock daybeacon to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
