At 1435 you fix your position 254°T, 3.2 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 083°T at 8.8 kn until 1445, then 195°T at 6.5 kn until 1505.

Give the 1505 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
