At 1120 you fix your position 003°T, 2.0 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 040°T at 6.6 kn until 1200, then 247°T at 6.4 kn until 1215.

Give the 1215 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
