At 0825 you fix your position 004°T, 1.6 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 104°T at 8.7 kn until 0835, then 154°T at 4.6 kn until 0905.

Give the 0905 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
