Two legs from a 1350 fix: where is the 1440 DR?

At 1350 you fix your position 257°T, 3.3 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 310°T at 7.6 kn until 1410, then 075°T at 9.9 kn until 1440.

Give the 1440 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
