Two legs from a 1530 fix: where is the 1555 DR?

At 1530 you fix your position 061°T, 3.6 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 214°T at 7.0 kn until 1540, then 068°T at 7.5 kn until 1555.

Give the 1555 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
