Two legs from a 1440 fix: where is the 1540 DR?

At 1440 you fix your position 315°T, 1.5 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 208°T at 7.0 kn until 1510, then 131°T at 6.3 kn until 1540.

Give the 1540 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
