Two legs from a 1535 fix: where is the 1630 DR?

At 1535 you fix your position 070°T, 3.5 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 344°T at 6.9 kn until 1545, then 164°T at 8.3 kn until 1630.

Give the 1630 DR position as the true bearing FROM Kittle water tank to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
