Two legs from a 1140 fix: where is the 1240 DR?

At 1140 you fix your position 157°T, 3.1 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 137°T at 5.5 kn until 1200, then 292°T at 9.8 kn until 1240.

Give the 1240 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
