At 0940 you fix your position 353°T, 2.9 nm from Mill stack. You steer 255°T at 7.9 kn until 0955, then 156°T at 4.9 kn until 1010.

Give the 1010 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
