Two legs from a 1350 fix: where is the 1420 DR?

At 1350 you fix your position 013°T, 2.3 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 021°T at 8.7 kn until 1410, then 157°T at 4.8 kn until 1420.

Give the 1420 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
