Two legs from a 1400 fix: where is the 1435 DR?

At 1400 you fix your position 253°T, 2.7 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 217°T at 5.0 kn until 1415, then 251°T at 6.8 kn until 1435.

Give the 1435 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
