Two legs from a 1345 fix: where is the 1455 DR?

At 1345 you fix your position 000°T, 1.1 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 113°T at 7.8 kn until 1415, then 083°T at 7.6 kn until 1455.

Give the 1455 DR position as the true bearing FROM Kittle water tank to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
