Two legs from a 0725 fix: where is the 0830 DR?

At 0725 you fix your position 092°T, 2.0 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 190°T at 5.1 kn until 0745, then 271°T at 6.0 kn until 0830.

Give the 0830 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
