At 0900 you fix your position 085°T, 2.5 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 297°T at 6.6 kn until 0915, then 103°T at 4.3 kn until 0945.

Give the 0945 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
