Two legs from a 0845 fix: where is the 0930 DR?

At 0845 you fix your position 298°T, 4.2 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 165°T at 7.9 kn until 0900, then 063°T at 6.6 kn until 0930.

Give the 0930 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
