Two legs from a 1530 fix: where is the 1640 DR?

At 1530 you fix your position 354°T, 1.5 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 152°T at 9.8 kn until 1555, then 292°T at 9.5 kn until 1640.

Give the 1640 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
