At 0815 you fix your position 029°T, 3.7 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 142°T at 9.1 kn until 0840, then 106°T at 4.6 kn until 0855.

Give the 0855 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
