Two legs from a 1330 fix: where is the 1355 DR?

At 1330 you fix your position 055°T, 3.4 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 324°T at 9.8 kn until 1340, then 043°T at 7.9 kn until 1355.

Give the 1355 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
