At 1400 you fix your position 353°T, 2.7 nm from Mill stack. You steer 067°T at 6.9 kn until 1410, then 295°T at 7.6 kn until 1435.

Give the 1435 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
