At 1550 you fix your position 051°T, 2.4 nm from Mill stack. You steer 049°T at 5.1 kn until 1625, then 119°T at 7.3 kn until 1635.

Give the 1635 DR position as the true bearing FROM Gannet Rock daybeacon to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
