At 0700 you fix your position 062°T, 4.9 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 157°T at 7.7 kn until 0715, then 284°T at 8.4 kn until 0725.

Give the 0725 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
