Two legs from a 0945 fix: where is the 1040 DR?

At 0945 you fix your position 345°T, 1.8 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 139°T at 4.0 kn until 1000, then 049°T at 6.0 kn until 1040.

Give the 1040 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
