Two legs from a 1500 fix: where is the 1540 DR?

At 1500 you fix your position 278°T, 3.3 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 278°T at 4.1 kn until 1515, then 155°T at 9.6 kn until 1540.

Give the 1540 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
