At 0820 you fix your position 009°T, 3.3 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 105°T at 5.3 kn until 0905, then 053°T at 4.8 kn until 0935.

Give the 0935 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
