At 0715 you fix your position 045°T, 4.1 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 187°T at 7.6 kn until 0725, then 114°T at 4.0 kn until 0805.

Give the 0805 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
