At 1355 you fix your position 318°T, 3.1 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 194°T at 9.7 kn until 1420, then 133°T at 9.5 kn until 1450.

Give the 1450 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
