Two legs from a 1515 fix: where is the 1610 DR?

At 1515 you fix your position 208°T, 2.3 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 305°T at 4.4 kn until 1550, then 227°T at 9.5 kn until 1610.

Give the 1610 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
