Two legs from a 1530 fix: where is the 1650 DR?

At 1530 you fix your position 043°T, 2.9 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 186°T at 5.1 kn until 1605, then 241°T at 6.8 kn until 1650.

Give the 1650 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
