Two legs from a 1210 fix: where is the 1300 DR?

At 1210 you fix your position 002°T, 1.4 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 014°T at 6.2 kn until 1220, then 058°T at 4.8 kn until 1300.

Give the 1300 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
