Two legs from a 0855 fix: where is the 0955 DR?

At 0855 you fix your position 020°T, 2.5 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 289°T at 4.7 kn until 0910, then 038°T at 4.1 kn until 0955.

Give the 0955 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
