Two legs from a 1325 fix: where is the 1400 DR?

At 1325 you fix your position 251°T, 2.3 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 221°T at 9.0 kn until 1340, then 125°T at 6.2 kn until 1400.

Give the 1400 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
