Two legs from a 1200 fix: where is the 1255 DR?

At 1200 you fix your position 241°T, 3.3 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 180°T at 8.6 kn until 1220, then 301°T at 4.2 kn until 1255.

Give the 1255 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
