Two legs from a 0700 fix: where is the 0810 DR?

At 0700 you fix your position 224°T, 1.3 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 283°T at 5.5 kn until 0745, then 074°T at 8.7 kn until 0810.

Give the 0810 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
