At 1355 you fix your position 167°T, 0.9 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 023°T at 6.5 kn until 1440, then 083°T at 5.1 kn until 1450.

Give the 1450 DR position as the true bearing FROM Gannet Rock daybeacon to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
