Two legs from a 1550 fix: where is the 1650 DR?

At 1550 you fix your position 186°T, 1.2 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 199°T at 4.9 kn until 1620, then 292°T at 8.8 kn until 1650.

Give the 1650 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
