At 0735 you fix your position 309°T, 1.3 nm from Kittle water tank. You steer 067°T at 4.0 kn until 0820, then 188°T at 7.8 kn until 0830.

Give the 0830 DR position as the true bearing FROM Kittle water tank to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
