Two legs from a 0820 fix: where is the 0855 DR?

At 0820 you fix your position 249°T, 2.2 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 270°T at 7.1 kn until 0840, then 150°T at 6.6 kn until 0855.

Give the 0855 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
