Two legs from a 1300 fix: where is the 1355 DR?

At 1300 you fix your position 259°T, 3.4 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 134°T at 5.7 kn until 1340, then 200°T at 7.2 kn until 1355.

Give the 1355 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
