At 1415 you fix your position 070°T, 2.7 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 297°T at 6.8 kn until 1435, then 096°T at 5.7 kn until 1500.

Give the 1500 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
