At 1515 you fix your position 338°T, 2.3 nm from Mill stack. You steer 311°T at 7.5 kn until 1550, then 076°T at 8.2 kn until 1620.

Give the 1620 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
